A SSL shopping cart utilizing 128 bit encryption,
is in place for all products displayed for sale on this site. You may
use the cart or contact us by phone, e-mail, or mail for the items you'd
like to purchase. If you e-mail us, please include the item number and
a brief description of the item. If you call, have that information
handy along with your MasterCard or Visa number or other method of payment.
Do not include credit card information in your e-mail.
You can link to a printable order form below, that can be mailed or
faxed to us. If you choose to order by mail, please call to confirm
availability. We offer a Four (4) Day Courtesy Hold on
your selected items to allow for your order and payment to be delivered
to Tucson. The same courtesy is offered to those who call or e-mail
to place an order and who prefer to pay by check or money order, rather
than by credit card.
For all orders, we need the complete name and address including zip
code where the order is to be shipped. When paying by credit card, we
need the name and complete address of the purchaser and the credit card
holder, if different from where the order is being shipped. Please also
provide a daytime phone number and an e-mail address. Some items are
shipped via UPS, which does not deliver to Post Office boxes. In all
cases, if the delivery address is different from the purchaser address,
please be sure to include both.
Please Note: Orders consisting of multiple items may result
in a reduction of the order's total shipping/handling/insurance (S/H/I)
amount to the benefit of our customer. Most items have individually
calculated S/H/I amounts to accommodate them being ordered separately.
We reserve the sole right in making any such adjustment based on the
number of cartons required, the amount of the shipping and insurance
incurred, and any other special considerations in regards to packaging
and handling. Because we process all of our credit card sales on our
own in-house terminal, any such reduction will occur before
charges are made to the customer's credit card. If requested, we will
be happy to contact you with the final SH/I costs before charging your
account.
Except for books and other published material, the products for sale
on this site are all handmade and therefore one-of-a-kind, though similarly
designed and styled items may be available. As part of our business,
we periodically exhibit at American Indian Arts & Crafts Shows and
take many of the items shown on this site to sell. As a result, some
items may be sold either to another on-line shopper during the
regular course of business or at one of the shows before we can remove
them from the site. Therefore, it is necessary for our on-line customers
to understand that the availability of all products on our web site
is subject to prior sale. In order to avoid any unnecessary disappointments,
contacting us in regards to availability is encouraged. We provide a
toll-free phone number for this purpose.
